Data Processing Agreement

Roles

For photos and data of their guests, the couple and MomentHunt act as joint controllers. MomentHunt processes the data only to provide the service.

Processing

We process guest account data and photos to run the event gallery. Data is stored in the EU (eu-west-1) and not sold or shared with third parties beyond our sub-processors.

Sub-processors

• Amazon Web Services — hosting and storage (EU)
• Stripe — payment processing

Retention and erasure

Photos are deleted one year after an event ends. Guests may request erasure of their photos at any time; requests are honoured within 30 days.
